Hello and Welcome! First and foremost, please always feel free to text me with any questions. I do my menu a little differently than some as it helps me get you a complete look. If you have any questions on what to book, please let me know. New color clients, please book a full custom color. This gives us plenty of time to consult and make sure we are getting you your desired reslut. My colors do not include a haircut so if you are wanting one, please add that to your service. Also I do offer servcies that are not on my menu, for those or if you cant find a time that works for you please message me and I will do what I can to make a time work. Now for the fun stuff..... a little about me..... I have been a hairstylist for 16 years and love it. I just recently moved from Washington State here to Lubbock for no other reason than wanting a change. Lol I love helping clients who have had a bad experience in the salon. Maybe your stylist didn't listen to you or give you what you asked for. I pride myself as an attentive listener. I will communicate with you before, during, and after your service to make sure I'm getting you exactly what you're after. I can't wait to meet with you!! Cancelation Policy: I have a 24-hour Cancelation policy. As I am running a small business, I ask that you kindly let me know at least 24 hours prior to service if you need to cancel. This gives me time to fill your spot. A cancelation less then 24 hours will be subject to a forfeited deposit. This is nothing personal. it's just an assurance that I can stay in business and provide you excellent service. 😀Business Hours

Cancellation Policy
Please note. A deposit will be required at the time of booking. This will be applied to your service total. Should you cancel your appt. Within 24 hours or no show, the deposit + 30% of the service total will be charged. A new deposit will be required to reschedule. While I know things come up, please understand that as a small business, I have to protect my income, and with 24 hours or less notice, I will not be able to fill your spot.
